Priyanka Chopra is an Indian actress, singer, model and 2000 Miss World winner. Although she has appeared in several Bollywood films, she is best known to American audiences for her role as the lead actress on ABC’s Quantico. Recently, she shot to fame with her new series Citadel. Priyanka was born on 18 July 1982 in Jamshedpur, Bihar, India, to the family of Capt. Dr. Ashok Chopra(d. June 2013) and Dr. Madhu Chopra. Her both parents are Indian Army physicians. Chopra has a younger brother, Siddharth. Priyanka is married to American singer and actor, Nick Jonas(m. Dec 2018) with whom she has a daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas via surrogacy[1].
Priyanka’s educational background includes schooling at La Martinière Girls College in Lucknow, St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly; tenth grade in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S; senior year of her high-school education at the Army Public School in Bareilly.
