The crown was presented to Mrs. Koushal by Shaylyn Ford, Mrs. World 2021 of the United States, at a ceremony that took place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino on Saturday evening, following the crowning of Mrs. World 2021. In the competition, Mrs. Polynesia won first runner-up and Mrs. Canada won second.
